To get started, click Sign Up on the top-right of your screen (or from the navigation menu on the top-left if you are using a mobile device) and make a selection from the registration options.

Not sure which registration option to choose? If you're unsure which account type to select or encounter any registration issues, contact our Customer Support team, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Updating Your Information

After creating your account, you can update your user settings and information at any time by visiting Account Settings.

Sign in to search for housing, roommates, and resources.

Trouble Accessing Your Account?

If you're experiencing login issues, you can reset your password. If this doesn't resolve your issue, please reach out to Customer Support for assistance.

Students, Faculty, and Staff

If you are a student, faculty, or staff member with university/college login credentials, click here to register for an affiliate account, and then follow the steps provided.

Looking to list a rental property or sublet? Students, faculty, and staff members with a university login can add one listing to their account. If you are not a student, faculty, or staff member, or if you have more than one property to list, you can create a Property Lister account and explore our various subscription options.

Guests

If you are a future student, faculty, or staff member, or family member, click here to register for a Guest account.

University affiliates who have not yet been issued university login credentials or a school email will be able to upgrade their accounts upon receiving their login credentials.

Property Listers

If you are not a student, faculty member, or staff member and wish to list a property on the website, you can register for a Property Lister account.
